The RadiForce RS110 succeeds the RadiForce R12 and offers several improvements for better performance. These improvements include viewing angles increased from 170° to 176°, contrast ratio from 450:1 to 800:1, brightness from 270 cd/m² t o 290 cd/m², and the warranty from three years to five.

The RadiForce RS110 offers a 1280 x 1024 native resolution across a 19" screen. It utilizes a new IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel with almost no noticeable color shift when viewing the screen from oblique angles.

The 800:1 contrast ratio results in deep black, ensuring colors such as red, yellow, and blue retain their richness when displaying color images. It also brings out the subtle differences in similar shades of grayscale and sharper rendering of details when displaying monochrome images.

The five-year warranty is valid in every country where an EIZO subsidiary or distributor is located. This ensures stable and reliable performance needed for displaying medical images.

EIZO’s confidence in its product quality extends to brightness stability which is also covered during the usage time specified in the warranty.

The RadiForce RS110 comes with a CAL Switch function which has various calibration modes for different modalities such as DSA (digital subtraction angiography), MRI, and CT. Switching between modes is done by pressing a button on the front bezel or by using the bundled ScreenManager Pro for Medical software to assign a mode to a specific application so that when the application is opened it automatically displays images in the assigned mode.

The ScreenManager Pro for Medical utility software includes a Backlight Saver function that interfaces with a particular application to turn off the monitor’s backlight when that application is closed down. The monitor’s backlight is turned on again when the application is launched. This function helps to extend the backlight lifetime and reduce power consumption in an environment where the power supply of the workstations cannot be turned off such as a nurses’ center or ICU (intensive care unit).

Additional Features

• EIZO patented brightness stabilization function quickly stabilizes the brightness level at startup or upon wakeup and compensates for brightness fluctuations caused by the ambient temperature and the passage of time.
• Compliance with stringent medical, safety, and EMC standards including TÜV/GM, the CE Medical Device Directive, and UL60601-1.
• Compatible with EIZO’s quality control software RadiCS and network QC management software RadiNET Pro (sold separately).
• Compatible with EIZO’s remote calibration device Clip-On Swing Sensor (sold separately).
• Various flexible arm-mounts and wall-mount options (sold separately).
